These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of the ScanMySkin platform, in particular for the creation of user accounts, uploading of images and the use of AI-based skin analysis features.

2. Registration and User Account

(1) The use of certain features requires the creation of a free user account.

(2) The user agrees to provide truthful information and to keep their access credentials confidential.

3. Image Upload

(1) Users can upload their own images, which are stored on the servers.

(2) Users have the right to delete their images at any time.

(3) By uploading, the user confirms that they have all necessary rights to the image material.

4. Usage Rights and Analysis Function

(1) The skin analysis is based on an automated AI evaluation.

(2) The results are for informational purposes only and do not replace medical advice or diagnosis.

5. Liability

Use of the platform is at the user's own risk. ScanMySkin is not liable for damages arising from interpretation of the analysis or use of recommended products.

6. Privacy

Data processing is carried out in accordance with the separately available Privacy Policy.

7. Final Provisions

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is - to the extent permitted by law - the registered office of the provider.
